Making the Right Choice:

Before placing an order with us, you’re able to see plenty of photographs (and some videos) and also visit our showroom in person to see the quality of our work. These options allow you to make an informed decision to avoid any possible future disappointment.

Returns:

Due to the time invested in creating products for you, custom-made orders are non-returnable. If you have any questions about whether an item is custom-made, please contact us before your purchase and we’ll answer any questions you have. If you do wish to return a different item (not all our products are custom-made), please contact us to receive a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) and further instructions.

Since electrical products can pose safety hazards, (in addition to custom-made products), we do not return bulbs, electrical wire, electrical devices (switches, dimmers, etc.), or products that could have been used. You can return most products if they are in new condition.

We do not accept returns after fifteen (15) days after receipt of the product. In some cases, we may also impose a 25% restocking fee plus any other shipping, delivery, or collection fees we incurred. In rare cases, if the item has been damaged/broken upon our receipt, we reserve the right to deny the return.

Upon receipt of a return, we will submit a refund within 72 hours in the amount of the product minus any shipping, delivery, or collection fees that we had to pay.

We also reserve the right to accept or deny a return for any reason.

Faulty or Damaged Products:

We make quality products. All of our items are checked and carefully wrapped before shipping. In the unlikely event (yes, it’s happened) that your product is damaged in shipping, please retain the box and packing materials. We may need to open a case with the courier and sometimes they want to see photographs. Of course, we will help facilitate a replacement.

If the product would happen to be faulty and in non-working order, please contact us and we will work to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
